Medical Cost Sharing consists of a large community of health-conscious individuals who voluntarily contribute a monthly share amount towards each other's healthcare expenses.

SHARING GUIDELINES

How Does Medical Cost Sharing Work?

Monthly Contributions

Members make regular monthly payments, which fund the shared pool for medical expenses.

Initial Responsibility

When you incur a medical expense, you are only responsible for your chosen Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA).

Submit and Share

Submit your medical bills. Once your IUA is met, the community shares 100% of the remaining eligible medical expenses.

You can choose from different IUA amounts to fit your needs. For example:

Sarah broke her arm. She had selected a $1,000 Initial Unshareable Amount (IUA). This means she’s responsible for the first $1,000 of her medical bills; thereafter, the Medical Cost Sharing community shares 100% of the remaining costs.

* Behavioral Health: For treatment of acute conditions. An intake clinician will determine a baseline for the number of sessions pending assessment. Complex Mental Health Conditions: For ongoing treatment of more serious conditions such as major depression, generalized anxiety, PTSD, etc., sessions with a licensed Ph.D.-level clinician are available for $100 per session. Psychiatry: Initial Intake Appointment: $205. Follow-Up/Maintenance Appointments: $100 per session.
